When you sign up

For product updates, we save your email address and a record of your consent. For a design partner enquiry, we also save your name, company and any message you choose to share. We use this information to send the updates or respond to the enquiry you asked for, based on your consent. A design partner enquiry does not subscribe you to product updates.

You can unsubscribe from product updates using the link in our emails, or withdraw your consent by replying to us. We keep your subscription details while you remain subscribed and your enquiry while we discuss working together. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record of that choice to avoid emailing you again.

Where the information goes

We use Vercel to host the website, Neon to store signups and Resend to send email. The signup database is in Frankfurt and email sending is configured for Europe. These providers may process service and support data outside the EEA under their contractual safeguards. We don’t sell your details.

We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit automated submissions. These are removed within a day. Our hosting provider also processes technical request logs to operate and secure the site. This website does not use advertising cookies or email open tracking.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information, or ask us to restrict its use, by replying to any email you receive from us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it. You can also raise a concern with Sweden’s privacy authority, IMY.
