The Cinver vision
Real estate acquisitions
can work differently.
We’re building Cinver to give investment teams more time to understand opportunities and more capacity to pursue the ones they believe in.
Our team brings experience from real estate investing and investment banking. We want to put that experience into software that takes on much of the preparation involved in an acquisition.
When new information arrives during a deal, someone has to work out what it changes and update the model and investment paper. Keeping them in step takes time, particularly when several people are working on the same acquisition.
What we’re building
AI agents can read across deal documents and compare what they say. We’re building that capability into the acquisition process, so Cinver can prepare the model, draft questions for the seller and put together the investment paper.
As new evidence arrives, Cinver will propose updates for your team to review. The work should follow your firm’s models and ways of working, giving you room to examine more opportunities and spend longer on the promising ones.
Checking the work
You need to be able to see where a figure came from and why Cinver proposes a change. The source documents and reasoning should be available where you review the work. Your team approves changes to the model and makes the investment decisions.
Through to handover
We want Cinver to support the whole acquisition, from the first teaser through diligence, financing and closing. At handover, the team taking over should have the investment case, the reasons behind it and a record of what still needs doing.
Your firm should also have a private record of past deals, including opportunities it passed on, so you can return to the assumptions and decisions behind them.
Work with us
We’re starting with Nordic real estate investment teams. Cinver is coming soon, and we’re looking for design partners to give feedback and try early versions. We’d like to hear how your team works and which parts of an acquisition you would want Cinver to take on.
